Intro Courses are one of our favorite ways for new pole and aerialists to begin. You will be in class with other people starting their journey at the same time as you.
Class will be scheduled on the same day and time every week for 4 weeks. Our Intro Classes are 90 minutes each. At the end of the 4 week course, you will feel stronger and more confident to begin
dropping into any Level 1 class. We offer a Pole Fitness 4-week intro course and an Aerial Arts (Silks, Lyra, Sling Combo) 4-week intro course.
We do require a minimum of 3 students to be registered for the course to hold.

Q: When do the INTRO courses take place?
A: Our 4-week INTRO Courses start on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm and the first Saturday of each month
from 10:00am to 11:30am.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: There is a Mindbody calendar at the bottom of this page, where you can sign up directly or you will need to get on a browser and
sign up through our Mindbody schedule.
The Mindbody App does not show any of our intro courses, workshops or intensive training's.
Q: What is the cost?
A: Regular Price is $150 but we do offer an EARLY BIRD Pricing for only $100 when you register 2 weeks in advance of the 4-week course.
Q: How long is the class?
A: Our Intro course class times are 90 minutes in length.
Q: What are the prerequisites?
A: None. Not even a pull up! These classes are perfect for the first timers and beginners.
Q: What is the age to join the 4 week intro courses?
A: Ages 15+ If under 18, parent/guardian waiver must be signed prior to participation.
Q: What if I can't make a class?
A: No problem, we will get you safely caught up with the class during your next visit.
Q: Can I have a make up if I get sick?
A: Unfortunately, we can not offer make up classes at this time but you can certainly schedule a private lesson if you would like to.
Q: What if I am running late to a class?
A: That is okay! We know things happen (like traffic!). As long as you are not more than 5 minutes late, there is nothing to worry about. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, you must clear this prior to class starting with your instructor or you may not be able to participate in class for safety reasons.
Q: Can I take other classes at Vertical Pole Studio while I am in the 6 Week Intro Course?
A: Absolutely! And we encourage it! We especially recommend Flexibility & Grounded classes to help you build strength and lengthen muscles.
Q: I have an injury/health concern, can I still participate?
A: If your doctor says you are good to go, then we still would love to have you. Please make your instructor aware of any issues you are dealing with.
Q: I can't do a pull up. Can I still take an 6 Week Intro Course?
A: UH... only ABSOLUTELY! There is no sense in waiting to "get in shape" before trying to "get in shape". Our motto is "no pull up required" and we mean it.
Prerequisites None. Not even a pull up. These classes are perfect for first timers. Ages 15+ If under 18, parent/guardian waiver must be signed prior to participation.
